GROUNDFLOOR is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will drive the implementation of paid marketing programs across display, apps, social, and other platforms/tools. The ideal candidate for this role will take a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving and have a proven track record of building and executing digital campaigns that drive new customer acquisition.

Requirements

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Manage paid ads on a variety of digital platforms, proactively optimize ad ROI through audience targeting strategies, bidding models, creative, and landing page variants.
  • Track and analyze digital channel performance metrics to drive future decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy
  • Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication to ensure ongoing clarity on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for digital channels

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF:

  • You a data whiz who can separate the signal from the noise and spot patterns
  • You’re passionate about digital marketing and stay updated on the latest innovations
  • Have strong communication skills for our highly collaborative team environment
  • Have a passion for researching and testing new innovations in digital marketing
  • Are detail and analytics oriented
  • Are self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed
  • Know good copy and creative when you see it

YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:

  • 3-5 years hands-on digital marketing, with experience in digital ad buying strategies & tools – such as display, video, email, social, etc.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Experience with pixel and conversion tracking methodologies (e.g, Google Tag Manager)
  • Exceptional time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
