Description

AR Marketing is a full-service marketing and design agency that primarily works in the grocery and retail industry across the US. We have a wide variety of talents within our office here in Findlay, Ohio and would love to continue to grow into the next levels of digital advertising. This position will be overseeing our digital ad campaign strategies as well as implementing and providing insights to our current ad campaigns.

We love creative collaboration with our team and currently work on a hybrid schedule (both remote and in-office work through the week) with our team and would love to bring someone on board who is willing to do the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (paid search, display, app, video, shopping, location-based in-car, audio, and retail/marketplace advertising).

Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Instacart, Waze, Spotify, and so on.

Develop and successfully execute ongoing content strategy for various clientele campaigns with an array goals/objectives and budgets.

Work with the agency steering committee to understand agency objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process.

Develop project plans, strategies, detailed timelines with dependencies and milestones, resource forecasts, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth.

Work with the Director of Digital Media to research digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, digital best practices, and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities within the agency.

Work collaboratively with our creative team on all creative assets including custom landing pages to ensure best user experience.

Coordinate with account management on launch timelines for all new campaigns.

Work with team leads (Director of Digital Media, Creative Director, and account management) to determine client budgets, agency expenses, client deliverables, agency resources and timing for projects.

Continually protect the best interests of the agency, including compliance best practices, budgets, and expenses.

Maintain agency metrics on project profitability and successful case studies.

Prepare and write estimates, project scope/proposals, project roadmaps/timelines, customer journey roadmaps, and give commentary to reports.

Facilitate meetings and working sessions with client and internal team.

Help drive new business opportunities with owned accounts and participate in pitches, when asked.

Proactive and positive attitude, always willing to partner with clients and team members to solve problems.

Oversee quality of project delivery and ongoing performance against client objectives, to ensure client satisfaction is fully met.

Coordinate with colleagues on the scope and direction of content creation.



Requirements

5 years of experience in agency project management roles; having executed client digital deliverables.

Proven ability to effectively lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously; work with multi-disciplinary teams, budgets and schedule information while maintaining a command of the client deliverables and next steps.

Ability to anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues in the digital space.

Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and other related platforms.

Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Staying current on what’s happening in digital marketing, with an insatiable hunger for learning.

Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.

Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills.

Experience working in a team-driven environment while being a team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.

Excellence in client interface, customer service and interpersonal skills with ability to speak with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree (e.g., Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or other related marketing degrees).

Some travel may be required.

Looking for an upbeat person that can be a team leader, but also a great team member. Sense of humor is a big plus.

Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Basecamp, Monday.com, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
