Job Description Summary:
Our Consumer Marketing GTM team delivers clear, inspiring, breakthrough product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns that answer "Why PayPal?" for our consumer audiences. Our success is defined by our ability to problem solve, understand what's in it for the customer, and translate that into best-in-class content and experiences that drive our business forward globally.

We are looking for an ambitious marketer who can support multiple products across our consumer portfolio, with a natural ability to see the "big picture" as they help shape short and long-term strategy development in our international markets. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, commercial, comms, creative, media, and legal teams to help guide when, where, why, and how we introduce new products and features to our customers, and what role they play in our consumer lifecycle strategy ongoing.
Job Description:
What you'll work on:
  • Partner with GTM Marketing, global marketing leads, and lifecycle marketing squads to regionalize or transcreate GTM plans and launch/creative kits for global product launches/expansions, feature releases, and other new/different shifts in consumer segment strategy leveraging market-specific inputs (regulatory, local competition, messaging, etc)
  • Maintain centralized view of strategic decisions for ongoing alignment, as well as global learning agendas for our new product & feature releases for future optimization
  • Partner with global PR/Comms leads to ensure upstream alignment, rep risk considerations, and a fully aligned go-to-market launch strategy
  • Partner with Lifecycle Strategy & Governance team to ensure global alignment on product/feature launch treatments in local contact strategies
  • Partner with Product & Commercial leads, and represent global marketing in relevant growth initiatives as voice of the market, ensuring seamless translation of global strategy into local marketing leaders and vice versa
  • Partner with commercial leadership on prioritization of growth initiatives, product/feature at market level based on local context, relevance, and resourcing
  • Maintain and publish global product/feature release marketing calendar and key moments for global markets
  • Champion and lead "Why PayPal" propagation in local markets with partners across the business (marketing, product)
  • Identify and share competitive trends/analysis/creative in partnership with product leaders ad local marketing leads
  • Support GTM initiatives with tight project management and operational efficiency as we build out new processes and capabilities for the business.
