We are exclusively partnering with a prestigious Tier-1 Global Banking Group to source a high-impact individual for a pivotal role within their financial crime and compliance technology team. You will get to own and drive strategic business requirements, working directly with key business department representatives to shape the future of the bank's compliance landscape. You will bring your analytical prowess to translate complex business needs into precise functional requirements, acting as the essential bridge between operations and technology. Furthermore, you will get to perform sophisticated IT solutioning alongside core IT stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring all solutions are seamlessly integrated into the bank's existing application architecture. You will be instrumental in the quality assurance lifecycle, getting to support System Integration Testing (SIT) and facilitate crucial User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee successful deployments. On the project delivery front, you will get to support senior project managers in the execution of major, large-scale initiatives while simultaneously performing a dedicated IT Project Manager role for smaller, high-priority projects, providing you with diverse leadership experience. Finally, you will get to contribute directly to project initiation by supporting robust project planning, helping to accurately estimate essential factors like budget, resources, and timelines.
You Will Bring Your Experience Of...
You will bring your experience of over 10 years in the IT industry, anchored by a relevant Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to a Business Analyst role within the banking domain. You will bring your good, practical knowledge of KYC processes, particularly your specialized experience in the critical areas of Name Screening, Trade Screening, and Trade Finance Screening. Your background will include a solid foundation in IT project management principles and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Crucially, you will bring your proven capability for strong stakeholder management, enabling you to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus effectively. We seek an individual who is known for being a proactive team player, ready to rise to technological and business challenges. Finally, you will bring your honed excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex ideas clearly, with any relevant business analyst or project management certification being a significant advantage.
