This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

HPE Services では,お客様の課題を解決する各種 IT インフラの構築や,あるべ き姿を実現するためのロードマップを顧客と共に作成するコンサルティング等を提供しています.

扱う技術• 製品としては自社のものに限らず,他社製品,オープンソースやパブリッククラウドなどを適宜組み合わせ,それ ぞれのお客様に最適なものを提案し導入します.

また各クライアントとは単なる案件ベースでのお付き合いではなく,⾧期的な関係を築き,その関係性の中でお客様の IT 環境をトータルとして改善• 発展させていくために,継続的な提案やサービスの提供を実施し,自身のビジネス拡大を目 指しています.

[募集背景]

当組織においては現在ビジネスが大きく拡大する中で中~大規模案件が増えており,一定レベル以上の知識• 経験を 持ったプロジェクトマネージャの拡充が喫緊の課題となっています.案件でのソリューションが多様化する中で,組織を越え たプロジェクトメンバ,複数の協力会社を適切に管理し,品質の高いプロジェクトを遂行できるプロジェクト管理能力が求 められています.

[必須経験要件]

-プロジェクトマネージャとしてピーク時 10 名以上のメンバーを要する案件を遂行した経験 もしくは

-複数の関係者からなる 5000 万円規模の案件を提案し,提案のリードをした経験

[知識,スキル要件]

-実施計画の策定,マスタースケジュール策定,進捗管理,コスト管理,問題管理,品質管理,変更管理などを PMBOK など一般的なプロジェクト管理手法に基づき案件をリードした経験

[あれば尚可/経験や知識,資格]

-お客様要件からアーキテクチャの検討• 設計のリードをした経験 -お客様の IT 課題• 業務課題を把握• 分析して,システム化の提案,技術リードした経験

-案件レベルでなく,お客様全体のビジネスを考えアカウントチームをリードした経験 -お客様との困難な交渉,多数の社内関係者との調整,など高度なコミュニケーションを必要とする調整経験

-チームメンバー,パートナーに指導的役割ができ,後進の育成をした経験 -ナレッジ共有としてデリバリ内容やテクニカルナレッジのレポート作成• 発表経験

-英語力

様々な業種のお客様に向けて,多様なソリューションを用いた様々な規模の案件を実施しています.そのため,同じソリュ ーションを使用する案件でもお客様の業種が変われば進め方が変わったり,ソリューションが異なればそのスペシャリストとし ての配下メンバーが変わったり,と多種多様な状況でのプロジェクト管理を経験できます.特に大規模プロジェクト管理を 経験できる機会も多いため,これらのプロジェクト管理の経験はプロジェクトマネージャとしての成⾧に大きく寄与します.

• 将来のキャリアプラン 提案から運用までのリードを経験することにより,プロジェクト管理に必要な様々な管理の経験,ビジネス創出に必要な 知識の習得などの経験を積むことができます.プロジェクトマネージャとしてやっていくことはもちろん,それらの経験,知識を 生かし,ピープルマネージャ,IT コンサルタントなど当組織内だけでも様々なキャリアを目指すことができます.
