ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Healthcare Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of complex healthcare projects, ranging from technically demanding hospital renovations to purpose-built community health facilities.
Our healthcare studio is growing, and this role offers the opportunity to take on meaningful project leadership while helping shape the direction of an expanding practice. You will work closely with studio leaders, collaborate directly with clients and care teams, and play a visible role in how projects and relationships evolve.
Many of our projects take place in active hospitals and sensitive care environments where careful coordination, infection control considerations, and technical expertise are essential. Others involve new facilities supporting behavioral health, outpatient care, and community-based health systems.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in the office for a minimum of two days per week, typically on one of the firm’s anchor days: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
This position is based in our downtown Seattle office with convenient access to public transit and nearby neighborhood amenities.
