What the day will look like
In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include:

• Own and strengthen client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth.
• Deliver high‑quality service throughout renewals and day‑to‑day enquiries.
• Ensure compliance, accurate documentation and strong operational discipline.
• Take ownership of issues and work collaboratively across Aon to resolve them.
• Support credit control and help manage account/payment queries.
• Build your Aon network and knowledge to spot value‑adding opportunities.
• Role‑model a "one team" mindset and develop your own technical and soft skills.
