Description

Founded in 1996, Tritt & Associates is Jacksonville's oldest boutique construction law firm and is
seeking a construction law and/or commercial litigation attorney with 10 plus years of experience.
Tritt & Associates presents is a unique opportunity to build a career in a specialized and dynamic
area of law, working closely with experienced, Florida Bar Board Certified attorneys on complex
matters related to construction and business disputes, contract negotiation, and regulatory
compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse case load of construction and business litigation matters
Represent clients in state and federal court, as well as arbitration forums
Draft and review construction contracts and related documents
Stay updated on the relevant laws, codes, and regulations affecting the construction
industry, specially, and the business community, in general.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member of The Florida Bar (in good standing)
Minimum of 10 years of construction law and/or commercial litigation experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Proven ability to independently manage complex matters
