The Senior Business Execution Consultant will report to the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) Communications Manager. The individual will have responsibility to provide timely and effective communications during the incident response, assist other EIM teams as needed, and support the incident management processes and controls.
Additionally, this individual will have other daily responsibilities supporting the EIM Communications team with the coordination, creation, submission and support to ensure ongoing awareness and resource materials are provided to employees to ensure effective response during an emergency. 
This role will typically interact with leaders and employees within Enterprise Incident Management, Resiliency Leads, and with HR Learning and Development. 
Areas of responsibility will include:
  • Attendance, coordination and documentation of EIM incidents and assessment calls to provide accurate, effective and timely incident communications, meeting minutes, reports and decision logs
  • Collaboration with internal business managers to provide timely updates to internal SharePoint information for employee awareness and resource materials
  • Identify emerging trends to incorporate in required online training and incident management learning courses
  • Annual program updates to procedures, resource materials and template
  • On-call position requiring early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays as needed during an incident

  • Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working in Incident Management
  • Experience creating and/or updating procedures, processes, job aids, communications, and training to support the team function
  • Advanced skill in creating executive level presentations and communications
  • Strong background in crisis communications writing
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and updates into executive level communications
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience with internal SharePoint sites to ensure ease of navigation, accessibility of relevant information, and implementation of branding standards
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience working productively in an environment where work processes frequently change
  • Experience building strong relationships and working across large organizations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

  • Job Expectations:
  • Ability to operate in a 24/7 environment
  • Position posted only for CIC building in Charlotte. Candidate must be based out of that location and work 3 days a week in office. No exceptions considered
