ABOUT THE ROLE
As Morrison Foersters Directories & Rankings Project Manager, youll lead the Firms global strategy to spotlight our market-leading practices and exceptional talent. From crafting high-impact submissions to amplifying our results across internal and external channels, youll drive initiatives that enhance MoFos global reputation. Working at the center of collaboration between attorneys, marketing colleagues, firm leadership, and external consultants, youll ensure excellence in every detaildelivering outstanding client service and measurable results.
- Own the Firms Directories & Rankings calendarmanaging opportunities, deadlines, and submissions to ensure MoFo is consistently well positioned in key legal and business publications.
- Guide and inspire a cross-functional team, building efficient processes and coordinating the development of high-quality, strategic content for submissions globally.
- Oversee the reference management process, ensuring a coordinated process throughout.
- Focus on accuracy, consistency, and excellence in all submissions and related materialsdelivering work that reflects MoFos reputation in the market.
- Leverage data and results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that help strengthen the Firms profile and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate across marketing functions to align directory and ranking efforts with broader brand, communications, and business development goalsmaximizing recognition and rankings outcomes.
- Contribute directly to MoFos continued success by enhancing our visibility, supporting our global rankings, and reinforcing our position in the legal industry.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelors degree in a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
- Experience developing and producing submissions to Chambers and Legal 500 lawyer directories and other publishers list and award rankings, and interfacing with lawyers and business development liaisons in preparing legal submissions.
- 5 years of relevant experience in professional services marketing; law firm experience preferred.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of core marketing principles including driving innovative tools and programs, competitive intelligence, market research, pitch and submissions responses.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize work, and work within competing deadlines.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills; able to focus written materials to ensure impact on targeted business and legal audiences. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think beyond the task or project at hand.
- Ability to prepare accurate, highly detailed work product.
- Ability to exchange information and to present ideas, report facts and other information clearly and concisely.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto salary range: $128k to $179k
Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, Washington, D.C. salary range: $122k to $169k
Denver salary range: $114k to $159k
