Overview
We are looking for an experienced Email & Social Marketing Manager to help elevate customer engagement, loyalty, and community growth for a well-established consumer brand. This role blends email marketing, CRM strategy, social engagement, and content planning, making it ideal for a marketer who enjoys both creative execution and performance optimization.
This person will help build scalable email frameworks, develop audience segmentation strategies, manage social engagement initiatives, and support loyalty-focused customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute email campaigns that drive engagement and retention
Build and segment email lists for accurate audience targeting
Create and maintain content calendars aligned to larger campaign initiatives
Design and optimize email templates that reflect brand standards
Build lifecycle email cadences and loyalty messaging frameworks
Support customer engagement efforts across social platforms, including short-form video communities
Respond to customer interactions and foster brand conversation
Help establish retention and rewards-based customer journeys
Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand voice and messaging
Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of email marketing and CRM experience
Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar
Familiarity with social scheduling tools like Hootsuite
Experience building content calendars and audience segmentation
Strong copywriting and template design skills
Comfortable balancing email strategy with community engagement
Experience supporting loyalty or DTC-style retention initiatives is a plus
