Description
FT Lead Maintenance Technician and one FT Maintenance Technician Great Barrington Housing Authority is seeking to hire one FT Lead Maintenance Technician and one FT Maintenance Technician. Both positions are 40 hours per week M-F w/on-call rotation schedule w/benefits. Required skills electrical, basic plumbing, drywall/taping, carpentry, lawn mowing, tree trimming, equipment maintenance, floor installation, and troubleshooting skills. Lead Technician will provide supervision, ensure work is completed timely and as required, as well as computer experience for entering work orders, inspections, inventory, and preventative maintenance. Seeking to fill both positions immediately.
