Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a Junior Project Manager (d/f/m).
As an ideal Junior Project Manager (d/f/m) you see yourself as a pillar of the consulting and creation team. You know all the production processes, monitor costs and invoicing, have an eye on timings and keep the entire filing system in good shape.

You should have a relevant apprenticeship or degree and initial work experience in this field. Furthermore, you should be able to work independently, have a quick grasp of things and enjoy organizing and working in a team. And most importantly: a passion for good creation.

Your tasks:

• Assisting in coordinating and managing project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule
• Planning, coordination and execution of projects as well as their budget, invoice, and cost control
• Independently create cost estimates (KVAs) and manage invoicing, invoice control, and cost monitoring
• Supporting senior project managers in liaising with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project management team
• Help prepare project documentation, including briefs, schedules, and status reports
• Preparation and follow up of meetings, presentations, and workshops
• Customer contact person within the scope of smaller projects
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance project outcomes
