Our Phoenix Office is growing and seeking qualified candidates with 7-10 years of experience working as or with a licensed Landscape Architect to join our talented team. Candidates should be passionate about our profession, self-motivated, hard-working, enthusiastic, must display strong creative skills and adaptability for different project types. The ability to work well in an energetic and collaborative culture is a must.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- License to practice landscape architecture preferred, but not required
- Prior consulting experience in a professional landscape architecture setting, with a proven ability to collaborate with other LAs and deliver client-ready drawing packages and materials. You’re comfortable taking ownership of assignments and moving work forward with minimal oversight.
- Strong production skills and attention to detail, including the ability to develop full construction document sets, along with conceptual/illustrative site plans and design sketches.
- Confident communicator who can present clearly to groups and contribute meaningfully in both small working sessions and larger team discussions.
- Team-oriented and flexible, with a willingness to jump in where needed and support the overall project effort.
- A proven leader, able to lead small teams and provide clear communication and guidance in both in-person and cross-office settings
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with solid design judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and an understanding of the technical side of landscape architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office required. Familiarity with GIS, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or similar visualization/modeling tools is a plus.
