- Landscape Project Manager
Description
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead landscape construction and enhancement projects from award through closeout. This role manages projects ranging from small enhancements to large, complex installs exceeding $500,000. The ideal candidate is highly organized, decisive, financially disciplined, and comfortable leading multiple crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple landscape projects simultaneously
- Own project schedules, budgets, and execution from kickoff through closeout
- Lead and support foremen and field crews (1—3 crews)
- Coordinate subcontractors including specialty trades (e.g., decking, electrical, pools)
- Manage job costing, margin, and change orders
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications
- Enforce jobsite safety standards
- Prepare projects for billing, closeout, and warranty support
SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Typical work hours are approximately 6:00 AM — 3:00 PM
- Seasonal overtime, late evenings, and weekend work may be required
- Field-based role with daily site visits

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience in landscape construction or related project management
- Proven ability to manage projects ranging from small jobs to $500K+ installs
- Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Experience leading foremen and multiple crews
- Ability to manage change orders and protect project margin
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management and job costing software LMN experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
