Junior Category Development Manager- Milk Based Beverages

Support the growth of the MBB Category in KSA

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of Arla's MBB portfolio in Saudi Arabia. As Junior Category Development Manager, you will support the creation and execution of local category strategies, develop insight-based analyses, and work closely with cross-functional commercial teams to drive in-market performance. This position is based in Riyadh and reports to the Category Lead for BSM, MBB and MYP.

As the Junior Category Development Manager MBB, you will be responsible for

• Supporting the local category strategy development for the MBB portfolio (Starbucks® RTD, Galaxy® RTD, and future innovations) across all key channels and customers.
• Translating shopper, consumer, and customer insights into actionable growth plans, with a strong focus on penetration and market share acceleration
• Supporting the annual category planning process in partnership with Regional Marketing, Sales, and Finance
• Leading innovation planning and in-market execution for NPDs, including tracking performance post-launch
• Working closely with Customer Growth and NRM teams to build compelling commercial stories, initiatives and toolkits that drive in-store performance
• Supporting category financial tracking and performance reviews in collaboration with Finance
• Preparing presentations, reports, and analyses to support internal decision-making and stakeholder alignment

Analytical, curious, and commercially minded
You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. You bring 2-4 years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Category Development, Marketing, or Sales. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected; exposure to Nielsen, shopper panels, or retail audit tools is an advantage. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
