Are you ready to lead strategic projects that drive growth and innovation? As an MBM Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing initiatives that span marketing, engagement surveys, technology, and transformation. You'll collaborate with teams across Gallagher to deliver impactful results, all while contributing to the success of our MBM practice. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll take charge of key projects that support the MBM practice's growth objectives. You'll establish a reporting framework to keep leadership informed on progress, milestones, and timelines. By leveraging technology, cross-functional teams, and Gallagher's resources, you'll ensure projects are executed efficiently and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Your projects will include:

• Developing benefits benchmark surveys with a focus on cross-border marketing.
• Driving technology and AI initiatives to enhance operations.
• Leading large-scale change and transformation efforts.
• Addressing ad hoc business needs as they arise.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across MBM, Talent, GBS, GGB, and GGN teams, presenting project content and supporting inquiries. Your ability to manage multiple projects and report effectively will be key to your success.

About you

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 7 to 10 years of experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple countries, particularly in marketing, sales, and business growth initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management tools to track tasks and progress.

Desirable qualifications include:

• Background in HR, Insurance, Financial Services, or Employee Benefits within multinational companies.
• Advanced French proficiency.
