Are you ready to make a difference? As an Operations Project Manager at Gallagher, you'll play a key role in ensuring our projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You'll be at the heart of our Global Analytics, Insights, and Technology team, helping us deliver impactful solutions that align with our values and commitment to excellence.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you will:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with scrum masters and product owners to prioritize tasks and address dependencies.
• Lead meetings that drive collaboration, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track.
• Use tools like Azure DevOps and PlanView Project Place to balance workloads and meet deadlines.
• Provide transparent updates and custom reports to keep everyone informed.

Your work will help us maintain high standards, improve processes, and deliver results that matter to our clients and colleagues.

About you

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ideally in marketing or agency settings.
• Are skilled in project management tools like Azure DevOps and Lucid Chart.
• Can explain complex issues simply and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.
• Hold a BA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Bonus points if you're Agile Scrum Master Certified or have experience in insurance, finance, or benefits consulting.
