Job Purpose

To lead and execute strategic ProSolutions initiatives across the district, ensuring operational excellence, technical readiness, and team capability. This role supports sales and service teams through project scoping, training, and inventory oversight, driving high-quality delivery of HVAC and power solutions.

What you will do...

• Lead and manage all Strategic ProSolutions projects within the district, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to scope and define project requirements for HVAC and power systems.
• Deliver regular classroom and hands-on product training for both sales and service staff.
• Conduct quality control checks on ProSolutions inventory and equipment.
• Ensure equipment readiness and maintain adequate bulk inventory levels at each location.
• Specify bulk inventory accurately and report maintenance issues, needs, and discrepancies to Branch and District Managers.

Requirements

• Alabama state HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor License Required
• 3 years of field experience in HVAC, Power Generation, and/or Pumping Systems.
• Technical degree, professional certification, or relevant license preferred.

Skills

• Expertise in portable HVAC and power systems.
• Strong ability to size and scope HVAC and power requirements.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing system issues.
• Skilled in operating all HERC ProSolutions equipment.
• Effective trainer and team leader with strong communication skills.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000 base salary + bonus + company vehicle
