Description

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, requirements, execution, testing, deployment, and sign-off.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, demos, and weekly progress reviews.
• Manage scope changes, effort estimates, and resource coordination.

• Lead implementation of GIS web applications, map services, layers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with GIS architects and developers for map configuration, basemaps, spatial layers, and geoprocessing functionalities.
• Oversee integration of GIS with workflow/BPM tools and backend services.

• Gather business process requirements and convert them into digital workflows.
• Coordinate development of approval flows, rules, validations, and triggers.
• Ensure workflows integrate with GIS modules, datasets, and APIs.

• Lead cross-functional teams such as GIS developers, workflow engineers, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps.
• Coordinate with vendor teams and ensure deliverables meet defined standards and timelines.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies - sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.

• Ensure functional, integration, performance, and security testing is completed.
• Support deployment planning, environment readiness, and production rollout.
• Manage post-go-live support, issues, and change requests.

• 6-10 years of IT project management experience.
• 3+ years working with GIS technologies (Esri ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, Web GIS, layers, geodatabases).
• Experience with workflow/BPM tools (Appian, Nintex, Power Automate, Joget, or similar).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth2/SSO), and system integration concepts.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and multiple ongoing workstreams.
• Excellent communication, planning, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile/Scrum or PMP certification preferred.
