New Moon Production is a remote working Hamburg based studio, bringing new and exciting games to the market. Since its founding in 2016, it has released multiple games on different platforms, including the much beloved Big Farm: Mobile Harvest , enjoyed by a quarter of a million players daily.

Your Mission

• Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering game development projects across multidisciplinary teams
• Define project scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure transparent communication, alignment, and collaboration between game design, art, development, QA, and product teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, proactively proposing solutions and mitigation strategies
• Track progress, and deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updates to ensure clarity and accountability
• Continuously improve project management processes and workflows to support team performance and scalability .

Your Backstory

Experience and skills

• Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or similar role, ideally in the game or software development industry
• Solid understanding of agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches) and experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)
• Experience working with cross-functional, international, and remote teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities that stays calm under pressure
• Proven people management skills, including mentoring, coaching, and supporting team growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passion for games and a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork

Additional skills to impress us:

• Solid understanding of game development pipelines and cross-disciplinary workflows
• Confident stakeholder management with a clear, structured communication style
• Experience with stores (e.g. Apple Store Connect, Google Play Console)
