Your area of work:
As a Project Manager for the 'OneGroup' program you will significantly contribute to our transformation towards a unified operating model under our Deutsche Börse Group overall strategy with the purpose of strengthening cross-group collaboration, gaining governance clarity and striving for execution excellence.
Your responsibilities:
As 'OneGroup' Project Manager you will support the program manager in the delivery of all relevant Project Manager activities, specifically:
- Process & Standards: Design, implement and maintain project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Planning & Execution: Project planning, scheduling, defining scope, setting milestones, and allocating resources
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, budget, risks and issues, prepare consolidated reports for stakeholders and senior management
- Governance: Ensure the project adheres to organizational policies and align with strategic objectives
- Risk Management: Identify, assess and help mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a competent point of contact for organizational matters and assist with key program coordination
Your profile:
- You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar degree
- You have proven experience in a senior role of a project management, and high level of attention to detail as well as good analytical skills
- You have strong leadership, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- You have excellent communications skills, organizational skills and ability to work well in a team
- You bring along initiative as well as an independent and goal-oriented approach to work
- You are confident in handling project management tools and office applications (especially MS Office, Jira and SharePoint)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
