SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver our upcoming investment projects. In this role, you'll plan, manage, and execute local investment initiatives with a strong focus on quality, budget, and timelines. You'll collaborate closely with the General Manager, Project Owner Steering Committee, HSE and our Technical and Purchasing teams at the head office or regional offices to ensure every new investment aligns with Jotun's world-class standards and operational excellence

This position reports to the HR & Administration Manager and will be located in our head office in New Cairo.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete relocation project from planning through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Prepare detailed project plans, oversee construction or fit-out progress, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to address technical and operational matters effectively.
• Ensure full compliance with Jotun's investment stage gate process and standard contract requirements.
• Review and approve design drawings, material submissions, and site modifications while ensuring alignment with policies and local regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports, highlight deviations, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement using the Jotun Operations System.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field is a Must.
• 5-7 years of experience managing industrial or large-scale facility relocation, construction, or fit-out projects.
• Communicate fluently in English and Arabic.
