Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly with ServiceNow projects.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
