Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and project improvements. Job expectations include overseeing projects, using appropriate tools to drive project completion, and serving as a secondary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives.
Role Summary
The Project Manager supports the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) Change Management Program, delivering critical regulatory and operational initiatives across Global Operations. This role partners with business, technology, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders to enable a centralized, controlled, and risk-reducing reporting capability, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to enterprise data standards.
The position is suited for a seasoned delivery professional with strong execution discipline, stakeholder confidence, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains governance, controls, reporting, and delivery standards, including decision forums, escalation paths, and cadence.
- Partners with executive sponsors, business leads, technology teams, and peer project managers to:
- Define project scope, success metrics, and deliverables
- Develop integrated project plans, resource models, and delivery timelines
- Align funding, execution sequencing, and dependency management
- Drives end-to-end execution of assigned initiatives by:
- Tracking milestones, risks, issues, and interdependencies
- Monitoring delivery performance against key KPIs
- Ensuring timely escalation and resolution of delivery risks
- Analyzes complex, often ambiguous problems and translates them into structured work plans, actionable deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Identifies, assesses, and proactively mitigates project-level risks, producing clear, actionable reporting for senior management.
- Coordinates cross-functional and, where applicable, vendor teams to ensure delivery aligns with regulatory expectations, operational controls, and data standards.
- Collaborates across the broader change portfolio to identify systemic risks, efficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, providing transparency, fact-based insight, and clear recommendations to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on project management experience, delivering initiatives to plan, scope, and budget using structured delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, high-control environment.
- Working knowledge of Operations processes and regulatory-driven change.
- Proven experience translating ill-defined or evolving requirements into structured plans, milestones, and outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across senior leaders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (tracking, analysis, reporting), PowerPoint (executive communications), Word (documentation)
Desired / Value-Add Skills
- Experience within Global Banking, Markets, or Regulatory Operations, with exposure to Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) or similar mandates.
- Proficiency in process design, documentation, and mapping to support control clarity and operational resiliency.
- Working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery methods, including Agile tools and ceremonies.
- Track record of successfully working across diverse viewpoints and complex stakeholder landscapes to drive aligned outcomes.
- Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to continuous improvement in service of clients, regulators, and business partners.
- Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, introducing innovative approaches that improve efficiency, transparency, and risk management.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$69,900.00 - $122,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
