Independent management of technically challenging projects from planning through to successful implementation and follow-up
Ensuring safety, quality, deadlines, and cost control throughout all project phases
Providing on-site technical consulting to clients and maintaining continuous, transparent communication
Planning, managing, and monitoring resources (staff, equipment, service providers)
Coordinating cross-functional teams and technical execution at various locations
Ongoing monitoring of project progress and active participation in process and workflow optimization
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
Bachelor's degree in engineering or certification as a technician/master craftsman
Ideally, experience in project management
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and project management tools)
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Strong customer focus
Project-related travel to various locations (approx. 70%)
Hands-on approach with a solution-oriented, technical mindset
Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and initiative
