What You'lll Do
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a lead role in executing Gilmore’s marketing and proposal efforts while ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment across pursuits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing proposal schedules, compliance requirements, and deliverables
- Developing, editing, and proofreading proposal narratives, resumes, and project descriptions
- Collaborating closely with leadership to capture company voice, lived experience, and institutional knowledge
- Maintaining and improving marketing databases, templates, and content libraries
- Supporting brand standards across proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Assisting with website content, social media, and internal communications
- Supporting award submissions, community outreach initiatives, and special projects

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of marketing proposal experience (AEC industry strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading proposals and managing deadlines independently
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to authentically tell the story of a small, disadvantaged, and minority-owned business, including translating our history, values, and community impact into compelling proposal narratives, marketing materials, and communications
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Office 365 (required), and other collaboration tools
- Comfort working directly with executive leadership to translate vision into clear, compliant messaging
- Experience with CRM and proposal management tools a plus
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
