Key job responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for talent acquisition

o\tManage multi-channel marketing campaigns

o\tDeveloping metrics and measurements to determine campaign effectiveness, including partnering with BI team, media agency and third-party vendors to implement performance measurement automation, attribution and channel optimization

o\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic candidate attraction

o\tUtilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing tactics

o\tEnhance candidate experience and engagement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
