The firm is seeking a talented and skilled candidate to join our successful team in a leadership position and work under the supervision of a Principal/Associate-in-Charge.
Responsibilities:
- Quality control review of Construction Documents
- Construction Administration
- Leadership of multiple projects
- Technical detailing, product specification
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- 10+ years of experience in design coordination with experience in all phases
- Strong communication skills with internal design team, owners, consultants, and contractors
- Experience with technical detailing, accessibility, and sustainability
- Demonstrated leadership during construction administration with owners and contractors
- Proficiency in Revit and Autocad
- Multi-family housing experience preferred – Renovation experience a plus
- Working knowledge of NYC Zoning and building code preferred
