In this pivotal role, you will work with the Executive Director and Senior team to capture and communicate the commercial strategy associated with high-profile projects within Qiddiya. Your expertise in front end project management including design management, will ensure compliance, enhance project delivery, and maximize value for our stakeholders. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the best value for Qiddiya.
As an up-and-coming leader in this position, you will be responsible for managing and communicating governance within the opportunities. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders will be crucial for success. You will have experience in capturing the vision of the development team and communicating this for the delivery team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Capture development strategy and translate fore delivery.
2. Manage all interactions with consultants and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Capture governance compliance.
4. Lead in all presentations and formal communications.
5. Project Manage, report and communicate initiatives.
6. Provide high level administration skills to the overall team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in contract management within the architectural, construction, or engineering sectors (or similar).
Professional Certifications (if required):
Must hold professional accreditation MRICS / CIOB / ICE etc.
Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within large-scale projects.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
