About the Role - Software Program Manager

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software solutions for Japanese automotive OEMs and suppliers. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute software projects using schedule, budget and quality benchmarks

• Interface with software engineering teams on architecture, integration, and testing

• Manage customer relationships at technical and executive levels

• Oversee customer project deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management

• Conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; PMP certification a plus

• 5+ years' experience in software project management, preferably in automotive

• Familiarity with cloud software platforms, embedded systems, and automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)

• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
