At OnQ, Senior Project Managers handle the projects that define our reputation: national rollouts, tech-integrated displays, and high-visibility accounts. You’re not just managing tasks; you’re driving strategy, balancing competing priorities, and representing OnQ as the client-facing leader.

This role is for project leaders who thrive in ambiguity and pressure. You’ll orchestrate across sales, creative, engineering, production, and logistics to deliver projects that are complex, demanding, and business-critical. Key Responsibilities
       Lead strategic projects from concept through store installation.

       Act as a secondary client interface for timelines, deliverables, and risks.

       Enforce project discipline through structured plans and approval gates.

       Oversee estimation, BOMs, and vendor negotiations with our manufacturing partners.

       Mentor PMs through stretch projects and build team capability.

       Manage risk escalations to leadership and make trade-off decisions.

General Expectations
       Operate with autonomy — you lead, not follow.

       Balance strategy with tactical execution; know when to zoom in and out.

       Handle client pressure with confidence, turning challenges into momentum.

       Interface with all internal departments from Sales, Design & Engineering through to Production teams.

       Serve as a role model for PM excellence and client partnership.

Required Skills & Experience
       6+ years project management experience with strategic, client-facing accounts in retail

       Strong experience in manufacturing, vendor management, estimation, and logistics. Confident in reading & understanding manufacturing drawings.

       Proven record of leading ambiguous or high-pressure programs.

       Excellent executive presence with confidence leading client and leadership meetings..

       Fully proficient in Excel
