Join our dynamic team to innovate and drive technology advancements, contributing to significant business growth and client success.As a Technical Project Manager III in AMDP/FUSION, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.
Job responsibilities
- Programme Coordination - Support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programmes related to our cloud-based data management platform.
- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Project Tracking - Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement - Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme management processes and tools.
- Documentation - Maintain clear and comprehensive programme documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and meeting notes.
- Technical Liaison - Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and constraints.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-6 years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in a Agile / Scrum
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and data management concepts.
- Well versed with JIRA , Dashboards , Tableau , Alteryx etc.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2).
- Experience with cloud-based data management or analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
