We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale SaaS initiatives from planning through delivery. This role bridges technology, operations, and business-ensuring effective execution, alignment across teams, and clear visibility for leadership.
You won't write code or design architecture, but your technical fluency will enable you to manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure vendors meet standards. You'll orchestrate delivery by engaging product owners, architects, engineers, and external partners-asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and driving decisions to the right stakeholders.

What you will do:
- Project Delivery
- Plan and execute complex SaaS projects across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Define and maintain scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and manage risks proactively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Vendor Management
- Act as primary contact for external vendors and implementation partners.
- Oversee deliverables, SLAs, and integration with internal teams.
- Monitor performance, escalate issues, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Technical Coordination
- Understand SaaS architecture, integrations, APIs, and compliance constraints.
- Translate technical topics into clear plans and risks for non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate technical discussions and ensure expert involvement.
- Identify and address technical risks early.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Provide concise status updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Align expectations across business, product, and technology teams.
- Facilitate governance forums and manage change requests.
- Process & Governance
- Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
- Maintain governance structures, RACI matrices, and communication plans.
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and audit standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of PM practices and tools.
- Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify and track risks, issues, and dependencies.
Develop mitigation plans and coordinate cross-team impacts.

The skills you bring:
- 8+ years in project/program management within software/technology; 4+ years in cloud-based products.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-team enterprise projects.
- Strong background working with external vendors and system integrators.
- Familiarity with modern development practices (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps).
- Ability to coordinate across specialized roles in structured environments.
