About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to champion process excellence and lead delivery for our high-volume, transaction-driven platform. In this role, you will serve as the Scrum Master for an Agile team, balancing technical project oversight with hands-on backlog management. You will be the glue between business goals and engineering execution, ensuring our systems-built on Go, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, React, and Vue-remain scalable and reliable. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between the Product Owner and the engineering team.

What you will do:

• Agile Leadership & Scrum Mastery: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous process improvement to ensure team velocity and health.
• Backlog & Requirement Management: Own and manage the product backlog, translating high-level business needs into detailed technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Technical Delivery: Partner with the engineering team to define API contracts, data models, and system behaviors for high-throughput transactional applications.
• Process Excellence: Establish and track KPIs, operational metrics, and SLAs to ensure the team meets performance-sensitive goals and maintains data integrity.
• Stakeholder Sync: Act as the primary bridge between leadership, business stakeholders, and QA to align on timelines, tradeoffs, and delivery roadmaps.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, product ownership, or a related delivery-focused role.
• Proven Scrum Master experience within an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of SDLC for backend-driven products.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to translate complex technical concepts (distributed systems, API architectures) into clear business requirements.
• Data & Performance Focus: Experience working with transaction-heavy or data-intensive systems where reliability and scalability are paramount.
• Strategic Prioritization: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced, performance-sensitive environments.

Nice if you have:

• Experience with high-volume platforms (fintech, SaaS, analytics, ad tech, e-commerce, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL), analytics platforms (ClickHouse), or data pipelines.
• Exposure to Go-based backend systems.
• Experience with observability, performance metrics, or system reliability concepts.
• Background working with distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
