Overview We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee execution of a federal contract . This role is responsible for ensuring all deliverables—including title reports, appraisals, and contract reporting—are completed on time, within scope, and at a high standard of quality.
This is a hands-on leadership role managing real estate acquisition activities across multiple sites in Texas and the Southwest.
What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day execution of a federal real estate acquisition contract Manage delivery of: Title reports Appraisal reports Monthly Status Reports Quality Control Plan implementation Coordinate project sequencing (Right of Entry → Survey → Appraisal → Title → Closing) Serve as primary point of contact with government representatives (COR/CO) Monitor schedules, identify risks, and resolve delays Oversee subcontractors (appraisers, title providers, surveyors) Ensure all work meets federal quality and compliance standards Track performance, costs, and deliverables across multiple parcels/sites
Requirements
Required Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience PMP certification or similar Experience with land acquisition, right-of-way (ROW), title, or appraisal services Strong understanding of federal or public-sector contracts Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications Experience with federal agencies (CBP, USACE, DHS, etc.) Knowledge of USPAP, ALTA, or land acquisition processes Background in legal, title, or appraisal services
