Ihre Verantwortung
  • Aufnahme und Konsolidierung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
  • Steuerung aller Stakeholder sowie strukturierte Kommunikation
  • Identifikation geeigneter Bereiche für Desk Sharing Konzepte
  • Bestellung des Mobiliars sowie Koordination von Lieferungen und beteiligten Gewerken
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Nachverfolgung des Projektplans
  • Sicherstellung korrekter Layout und Raumplanungen
  • End-to-End Verantwortung für die Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
Ihr Profil
  • 8-12 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Workplace-, Bau- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Ausgeprägte umsetzungsstärke und hohe sicherheit im stakeholder management
  • CAD Kenntnisse zur prüfung und beurteilung von layouts
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fliessend Deutsch & Englisch
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
