Lead a large-scale e-mobility power electronics project for Japanese OEM customers, with full accountability for quality, cost, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the key interface between customers and global cross-functional teams across Japan, Germany, Austria, India, and Hungary, driving technical alignment and resolving complex engineering challenges. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders while resolving complex challenges. Proactive in identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks to drive successful project execution.
Proven Project Manager with extensive experience in the development and launch of automotive power electronics and vehicle systems, successfully delivering large-scale global programs and leading cross-functional, multicultural teams across regions and organizations.
PMP certified project management professional.
