Los Project Managers son responsables de asegurar que los proyectos de investigación de mercados se configuren y ejecuten sin problemas. El objetivo del PM es actuar como enlace entre el equipo comercial y nuestros departamentos internos y proveedores externos para llevar a cabo la recolección de datos de consumidores de alta calidad para nuestros estudios de investigación. Su responsabilidad sobre un estudio comienza en el cierre del cliente y continúa hasta que se cierra el trabajo de campo.
Responsabilidades
Colaborar con el equipo comercial en los objetivos del estudio y los requisitos del cliente para la ejecución de la encuesta.
Configurar cuestionarios de alta calidad, coordinar el proceso de traducción y verificar la calidad de todas las encuestas antes de salir al campo.
Crear configuraciones de estudio en lÃnea, utilizando software de plataforma de datos.
Actuar como punto de contacto para el equipo comercial en la configuración de encuestas, prueba de productos, logÃstica de conceptos y recolección de datos.
Coordinar, comunicar y documentar toda la información del estudio de investigación, plazos y cambios, mientras se gestionan los cronogramas.
Crear material de estudio para proveedores externos y monitorear el progreso de las entrevistas.
Asegurar la entrega a tiempo y la alta calidad de los datos, alineándose con los estándares de Bases.
Monitorear todos los estudios en vivo diariamente para identificar cualquier problema en el campo temprano.
Resolver problemas para asegurar que los proyectos se completen a tiempo.
Comunicarse con miembros del equipo interno y externo para abordar cualquier inquietud, discutir revisiones de tiempo u otros ajustes durante el trabajo de campo.
Qualifications
Requisitos:
MÃnimo de 5 a 8 años de experiencia profesionalen Project Management para empresas o proyectos de investigación de mercados (Obligatorio)
Habilidades para realizar múltiples tareas y proyectos en simultáneo.
Habilidades para resolver problemas y mejorar procesos.
Capacidad para colaborar y negociar, para lograr la alineación entre equipos y clientes internos.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo de proyecto.
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
