Job Title: HR Operation Project Manager: Talent360
ResponsibilitiesTask Management
Monitor team progress, resolve operational issues promptly, and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
Project Oversight
Review project deliverables and timelines, identify risks, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Deliverables & Audits
Oversee all client deliverables, maintain tracking systems, and manage audit scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Lead alignment meetings with internal teams and contribute to improving workflows, communication, and service consistency.
Team Alignment
Ensure HR Advisors follow unified processes and expectations through briefings, updates, and structured onboarding.
Training & Support
Conduct regular training for HR Advisors and HR Ops Specialists on systems, policies, and SLAs.
Update operational resources and provide hands-on support to improve overall team performance.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and accurate reports.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process enhancement or automation to boost operational efficiency.
Departmental Support
Support the overall performance and quality standards of the HR Operations department, ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance.
RequirementsMinimum 5 years of HR Operations experience
Proven background in Payroll and Personnel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Work EnvironmentHours: Full-time (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM)
Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
