Landbridge Ecological is a locally-owned company specializing in the installation and management of native landscapes. These projects include public, commercial, and residential spaces. The Project Manager leads ecological construction projects from award through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, profitably, and in line with ecological and regulatory standards.
Project Manager (PM) takes ownership of schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction. Working closely with estimators and foreman, the PM transforms awarded bids to executable field operations: coordinating materials, subcontractors, and compliance while ensuring efficient produciton and strong communication.
Requirements
3+ years managing landscape construction or ecological restoration projects
Skilled in reading plans, managing budgets, and coordinating field operations
Strong communication and leadership skills; able to mentor Foreman and field staff
Valid driver's license an ability to travel regionally
