KFA Land Images is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and critical thinkers. Join our collaborative design practice as a Landscape Project Manager to work on inspiring and significant projects in and around Los Angeles, California.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the design process of open space and site work for multi-family developments, public parks, schools, and other outdoor open spaces;
- Lead internal team(s) working on multiple projects;
- Mentor and supervise junior staff;
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope;
- Perform technical review(s) of construction documents;
- Become involved in the development and evolution of KFA’s Landscape Architectural practice.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10 - 15 years related experience;
- Great communication skills;
- Licensure is preferred;
- Understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specification;
- Proficiency in Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up or similar 3-D tools;
- Planting and irrigation design skills.

Compensation is based upon experience and the estimated range is $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits.
