What will you do as Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and delivering complex audiovisual and digital projects across various industries. You oversee the entire project lifecycle and act as the central point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams. With your strong leadership skills, structured approach, and solution-oriented mindset, you ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while exceeding expectations.
You will play a key role in the further growth and professionalization of our New York team, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Planning, organizing, and coordinating complex projects from start to finish.
Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and risks.
Leading multidisciplinary project teams and aligning internal stakeholders.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitoring costs and margins, and ensuring financial performance.
Identifying potential challenges and proactively resolving issues.
Recognizing and discussing additional work with Account Management in a timely manner.
Evaluating project outcomes and continuously improving processes and workflows.
