The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategies and achieving aggressive growth goals. They will be key in developing and
executing comprehensive marketing initiatives to develop the marketing team, enhance brand awareness, increase lead generation, drive customer acquisition, and increase
revenue through repeat customers and improved average order size.

Key Responsibilities:
Management: Develop, mentor, and coach an internal marketing team.
Strategy & Tactics: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
Metrics & Reporting: Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Software/Hardware Expenses: Manage the marketing budget, including allocation of funds for software, hardware, and other resources necessary for campaign execution.
Achieving Department Goals: Set ambitious yet achievable targets for the marketing team and monitor progress towards meeting departmental objectives.
Vendor Communication: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with company goals and standards and maximize return on investment.
Customer Surveys: Develop and implement customer survey strategies to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Accountable for the marketing team’s production of marketing collateral and related documents.
Help develop the annual marketing plan and budget.
Act as principal liaison and provide direction to multiple third-party marketing agencies.
