About this role


As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for Project Delivery and Management of eFront's solutions. You would be expected to be organized and efficient, leading multiple projects across Europe at any given time. The highest level of interpersonal skills will be required to handle internal as well as external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The eFront Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) application is a web-based highly configurable application used by >100 eFront clients in insurance, banking and industrial sectors, worldwide. eFront ERM's professional services team's main purpose is to accurately setup these configurations both on the applicative and reporting aspects in regard of specifications provided by project managers and business consultants, or directly by client representatives themselves.

Based in Paris office.

Main responsibilities:

  • Effective overall responsibility for project delivery and management of key elements including scope, work, resources, timelines and budget for eFront ERM solution

  • Identify target achievements and build detailed project plans. Lead and communicate all deviations from plan

  • Monitor and control projects by actively identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating and resolving project issues and risks provide the requested internal and external reporting

  • Conduct project meetings, collaborate with project team members to build consensus on meaningful issues

  • Communicate requirements and actively set & lead expectations to ensure all team members and partners are accountable for their role in the project's overall success

  • Lead workshops, to identify and document detailed customer requirements, and to write specifications

  • Participate to perform the parameterization and configuration of the eFront ERM solution to meet client expectations

  • Work closely with consultants and developers during the design and implementation phases

  • Manage project documentation such as SOWs, weekly status reports, issue/risk logs, time analyses

  • Analyse/estimate project costs and forecasts

  • Manage key stakeholders on customer side by setting appropriate expectations, ensure proper communication and manage potential escalations

  • Manage interactions with internal teams (product team for enhancement requests)

  • Ensure coordination between internal development teams

  • Defining and following up on the schedule and the quality of the deliverables

  • Participate into the sales cycle to build and present services value proposition to prospects.

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor or master's degree

  • Hands-on packaged software implementation experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated projects and multiple projects at once

  • Good interpersonal skills to enable clear articulation while working with internal and external clients

  • Communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and coordinate activities associated with all aspects of application packaging requirements, certification, testing, reporting and deployment.

  • Client facing and presentation skills

  • Flexibility and resourcefulness

  • Prior experience in financial services (insurance, banking) technology is a plus

  • Prior experience in Risk, Control or Audit Management domain is a plus

  • Technical skills, such as application development, SQL, scripting…

  • Project management qualifications useful, for example, PMBOK, PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Prince2.
