Dalton Smith Construction is a licensed Mechanical, Plumbing, General and Electrical contractor in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. We are also a licensed contractor for Johnson Controls, Inc. providing systems engineering, systems technical, remote application engineering, project management and site supervision services for Major Projects and Local Branches across the United States. We provide these services for Metasys control systems, FX, and Simplex Fire Alarm. All of our technical staff members are fully trained on Metasys, and Tridium platforms.
Company History
Dalton Smith Construction's founder is a degreed mechanical engineer with more than thirty-five years of experience in the mechanical and plumbing fields. Prior to founding Dalton Smith Construction, led a large mechanical and plumbing concern working throughout the continental United States pursing private and federal work. Dalton Smith Construction was founded in 2018 and quickly transitioned into a subcontracting entity working for Johnson in Mississippi and Alabama based upon our prior relationship. Since 2018, we have completed large connected technology projects in Alabama, New York City, Memphis Tennessee, Clinton Mississippi, and Kentucky. We have provided full service mechanical construction projects on central plants in Mobile, Alabama and in North Carolina. We provide engineering services, site supervision, and project management support to JCI in Georgia, Kansas, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas with offices in each of those locations.
