For four decades, we have provided comprehensive construction services in the areas of general contracting, design-build, construction management, preconstruction, and project management.
Company History
In 1979, Perry J. Dick had a vision: to expand his general contracting company to meet the needs of the community. He retained the industry’s top talent who were interested not only in succeeding as a business but doing what was best for the greater good.
As the Western Pennsylvania region evolved, the company’s offerings expanded. We grew to offer full-service construction to the entire Mid-Atlantic area: Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, New York, Delaware, Maryland and Ohio.
Because of our experience and our strong commitment to our clients, culture, and the communities we serve, our family of companies has been consistently ranked among the nation’s Top 100 General Contractors and Construction Managers by Engineering News Record.

Managed more than $12 billion in construction activity. Consistently ranked in ENR 100 Builders. Notable projects include: CSVT River Bridge, ODOT Cleveland Innerbelt, Port Authority North Shore Tunnel, PPG Paints Arena, Tanaska Power Plant, Scudder Falls Bridge Replacement, The Tower at PNC Plaza, University of Pittburgh Peterson Events Center, UPMC Children's Hospital, UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, USACE Charleroi Lock and Dam, and WVDOT Shenandoah River Bridge .
