Overview

Senior Agile Program Management

As a Senior Associate Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of digital web initiatives within the Financial Services domain. This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration-working closely with engineers, designers, and offshore teams to deliver compliant, high-quality digital products. You'll operate in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence, with exposure to data analysis, UAT, and modern web technologies.

Your Impact

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital web projects, acting as the primary interface between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams
• Define and document client requirements, ensuring alignment across business, legal, and compliance stakeholders
• Plan and manage sprints using Jira, including backlog grooming, task assignment, and delivery tracking
• Facilitate team ceremonies and working sessions to ensure clear communication and execution
• Coordinate data sourcing activities and provide documentation and backup guides for delivery teams
• Analyze product usage and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Validate final deliverables through UAT, ensuring quality, compliance, and client expectations are met

Qualifications

Skills & Experience (Required)

• 4+ years of experience in project or delivery management within digital or technology-driven environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery and sprint planning using Jira and Confluence
• Background working with Financial Services clients or regulated environments
• Experience with data analysis, test planning, and UAT execution
• Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Set Yourself Apart With (Nice-to-Have)

• Hands-on exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS
• Experience supporting or delivering web-based platforms or digital products
• Willingness to upskill on the Seismic platform
• Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery team
