Crrently we are looking for a motivated ASIC Project Manager.
What yo will do

As ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circit) Project Manager within DSRD, yo are managing, directing and execting major ASIC prodct development projects. Yo are responsible for the New Prodct Introdction, project management inclding planning and taking care of all the reqired milestones and deliverables, working closely with several service domains (Design, Manfactring, Sbstrate design, Assembly, Test, ...).

Yo will be the main contact person to the cstomer dring the engineering life-time of the project.

Yo will be responsible for:

The definition, bdget, qality and overall planning of the work packages of the different project stages, working closely with the QA department

The fll project management across the different service domains, relying on different types of engineers reqired within the different project phases

The overall coordination:

The follow-p of the design and tape-ot activities, together with the tape-ot engineers

Definition of the package for the assembly of the ASIC with the assembly engineers

Definition of the test soltion together with the test engineers

Setting p the electrical and radiation ASIC test soltion (dependent on the project) with external test hoses

Prodction release for volme prodction

Proposing cost improvement plans sch as yield improvement plans, mlti-site test soltion and different packaging options together with the cstomer and the assembly hose

Following p the bdget of the projects

Working according to the applicable procedres

To sccessflly manage complex and high-impact projects, yo bring demonstrated experience across or three core areas of expertise:

Project Management - Proven track record in leading projects end-to-end, with a strctred and reslts-driven approach; PMI certification (or eqivalent) is considered a strong asset.

ASIC Prodct Development - Solid nderstanding of the ASIC prodct development processes, inclding knowledge of asic testing methodologies and semicondctor lifecycle management (example probecard development).

Indstry Standards & Compliance - Familiarity with key atomotive and qality standards sch as IATF 16949 and AEC-Q1, ensring projects meet stringent qality and reliability reqirements.

Who yo are

Yo have a Master's degree in Electronics, preferably with more than 1 years of relevant experience in the areas of ASIC's.

Yo have good knowledge of working according to standards like the MIL STD, atomotive, space, etc ASIC qalification flows

Yo are PMP certified

Yo have know how on ASIC test developments like probecard, loadboard development

Know how in the field of atomotive or medical qalification flows is an asset.

Yo have experience in project-based work.

Yo are pro-active and cstomer focsed.

Yo like to take initiative and are very motivated to work within a team of engineers.

Good knowledge of English is mandatory.

Yo are willing to travel on a reglar basis (1week/month) to or sb-contractors.
