Civil Project Manager(Telecom) - KSA

Position: Civil Project Manager(Telecom)
Job Description

• Manage and oversee telecom and infrastructure civil projects across KSA from initiation to handover.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure completion within budget and timeline.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams to achieve project objectives.
• Review IFC drawings, BOQs, method statements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for approvals and project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, progress reports, and cost forecasts.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, and material delivery schedules.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Conduct site meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of project documentation, invoices, and variation orders.
• Support project handover and close-out activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction, telecom infrastructure, or utility projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, and cost control.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations, quality standards, and HSE practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
